Reds. Fillums. Music. Misery.
Feels opportunistic to treat him like shite when for the first time at Anfield he's actually been shite.

If it's all for the Saudi fee, that's even worse.

Another hour of this and they won't be able to wake you up with a mallet

It's very 80s, one before that was more soulful, more 'organic'. Better.

And obviously you shouldn't have to read a load of books to appreciate a record!

Hellfire; The Jerry Lee Lewis Story would be a good starting point, though.

Fair enough, also I think with the Cramps there's a Southern gothic vibe you have to tap into, early Elvis, Jerry Lee, and writers like Faulkner, Williams and O'Connor, hot sticky Memphis vibe.

Maybe that's why the record just by itself doesn't work for some.

Good luck with Suicide!

mental fragility responsible for other considered classics, Skip Spence's 'Oar', Big Star's 3rd.

I didn't like the dig at Damned and Cramps' competence. Thought we'd moved past that.

You did like Pink Flag, if i recall correctly.

ps if you don't like Suicide, words will be exchanged!

The Cramps, now this, you don't seem to like the 'clanky' records very much. I think that's where the interesting stuff usually is.

See also Suicide, Nico and (as expensive as it was) MBV's 'Loveless'.

much overlooked because there are no 'warped' murders in it.

But great fun.

And you can keep Grae Kelly. Ooh, la and la.
