I love the way they blithely refer to the high mold count as “medium.” And it ignores the spikes in the counts (if you happen to be in the middle of one of those spikes, have a respirator handy).

I was checking out a newish local restaurant’s menu and found this 5% “wellness charge” notice. Whose wellness? Is that so they don’t contaminate your food? Or what?
