Re: pedagogy

Kreis makes a good point that the assignment may just be poorly written. That said, if anything, the assignment seems to be easier than it should be. It is especially damning that this dumbass got a "not complete" on an assignment that seems designed to hand out points for breathing.

The TA responded quite well. They *explicitly* made it clear that the student had a right to their beliefs, but the student also simply failed to address the assignment prompts + replaced ideology for analysis.

Students need to learn how to actually write and stop expecting As for minimal effort.
