It is really delicious, my one note would be to get some of the spice mixture under the skin so the flavour permeates the meat. Mr Badger only likes white meat so I’m afraid he binned his leg portion 😫😫😫
I made the tomatoes as suggested and used feta as I’m not keen on halloumi, here are some photos

Here’s a lovely(and quick) soup recipe from an account I follow on Instagrum. I use Kallo stock cubes as they’re really tasty and low salt, so I can season to my taste. Add the kale for extra good greens, it really works well.
