I do not understand people who would prefer the unknown consequences of getting sick unvaccinated versus the known trajectory of side effects from vaccines.

I've said before that the mRNA vaccines lay me out but I call it cosplaying being sick.

My surmise is that I got caught in a wider net, and that the person blocking is just overwhelmed with bad takes and trying to protect their own energy as best they can.

Although we'd all like to engage as individuals, at scale, it's really hard for people to make space for nuance or complexity.
