The British Commonwealth Air Training Programme and the Canada-UK Air Ferry system would have looked very different without FDR, as much of the early airplane supply came from US factories via Canadian pilots to UK bases.

As a veteran of that war, it was absolutely baffling to us on the ground that there was no Iraqi Marshall Plan. But there weren't even some basics like "all the intelligencers shall use 1 standard transcription system for Arabic names before we get started"

(Thus crashing Curacao's economy & giving the Chinese a path to maritime control over the entire south Caribbean by throwing endless money at the key geo-strategic island nation)
