Playing with an early Christmas gift - Reaper and Echelon sets from covert instruments. The gold lock is an easier lock I can usually do and the other 2 I hadn't yet opened before.

Last weekend I hosted GNFunkerTactical to present his Knife seminar to some musical artists in NYC. My collaborators at @dragoncombatclub.bsky.social made up 70% of the attendance. We became his first twenty Level 1 instructors of the system he's developed.

10 yrs ago my 5yo found my cube and searched YouTube how to solve it. I had to learn and show her a more simple solution. The week before her 6th bday she could do it in 2 minutes. By then I caught the bug. I took a 4 yr break in 2020, resumed this year, now can do it under 30s. 40s solve shown.

10 yrs ago my 5yo found my cube and searched YouTube how to solve it. I had to learn and show her a more simple solution. The week before her 6th bday she could do it in 2 minutes. By then I caught the bug. I took a 4 yr break in 2020, resumed this year, now can do it under 30s. 40s solve shown.
Earlier this year I got fed up with chronic shoulder pain so I finally went to see a friend who helped rid me of my chronic pain. Today I'm almost back where I left off with a 325lb Smith machine press and a 435lb Smith + slingshot press in today's session with my strength coach @coachjohnpena
