Censored User 1: Because it was never their fault. It was Formosa's, and before the truth was found out, people were blaming them. Censored User 2, in direct reply to OP: Because the Japanese and Chinese Studios that handle VA work for Hoyo have none of these problems. (Hence, it's not Hoyo's Fault but rather the English Studio's fault.)
