Sorry if this advice is bad, I haven't fully come out of my burnout stage yet so I might not be the best of help.

But sometimes I can just get BORED of the thing that brings me joy. So maybe turn to a different kind of creativity to help make it feel fresh, or turn to something to give you inspiration or at least something to sit with for a while.

I get it. Coming from a writer's experience, I feel like my first draft of something has to be perfect, like I *have* to get all the right words on the page, otherwise the idea gets foggy. And then I get frustrated because this skill ppl keep calling a talent is all I have.
