Needs a re-brand. Call it something else besides Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare/ACA.
-One core “insurance” platform (with plenty of room for provider choice)
-Relieve/remove the employers (and redirect some taxation)
-EVERYBODY in the pool

25 years working for better commercial, govt (MCaid, MCare, Marketplace) payer space has been frustrating.
1-no reason for Rx, Medical, dental, vision fragmentation
2-no good reason for employers involvement
3-like Defense, plenty of space for innovation and even “shareholder” value for players.
