Naturally I made a Mushi proxy (and naturally, Sylvari Mesmer) but while I love Mesmer conceptually, I don’t super enjoy its mechanics in practice. Been also playing a Ranger with my partner, and that’s been super fun. Might try Guardian or Thief idk

My bad, player stats don’t “start” at 10, I was thinking Pathfinder. But the rest holds

The Standard stat spread for a new character is 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, with the opportunity to increase one or two every few levels

In the current version of D&D, stats run 1-20 (you can get above 20, but typically only with magic items), 10 is average and what player stats start at before bonuses, level ups, penalties, etc. A 20 in a stat is almost superhuman, less than 5 or 6 usually means something’s Wrong.
