im not even really talking about anyone specific in my life at the moment, just reflecting on the past. i think everyone in my life at the moment is awesome and i'll make them lentil soup any day of the week because lentils might be cheap but my skillz are priceless and that's what i can give lol

but that's the thing, right? its always the people with less who are able to give more because they understand how a little goes a long way to directly improving someone's life. i just want my loved ones to survive and thrive and be healthy. if i had money, it'd be spread around.

i used to be so fucking embarrassed when i was on disability. like my "pride" was hurt or whatever. it's such bullshit. i had friends with guest rooms in their houses and i was budgeting a non-livable ssi check. like--wtf. get me sandwiches. i would get YOU sandwiches.

if you're my friend and you're rich, i wouldn't be offended if you covered my lunches FREQUENTLY because i think the system is fucked. and you should too.

if i ever have extra money and my friends are struggling, i know what will help. spreading the resources around. duh.
