PoA undoubtedly v useful - think caution re who you appoint cannot be overstated. As Court of Protection solicitor who works with panel deputies we see a large amount of cases where PoA goes wrong (financial abuse, etc). They're useful, but think v carefully re who the attorney will be.

What would the point be in the ICC, then? If you're not party to it then what powers does it actually have over Israel etc? Arrest warrant which is not going to be enforced/is unenforceable seems to just weaken ICC standing in the circs.
