This week at #17ECFG we presented our findings on CgEP3, a chloroplastic effector from Colletotrichum graminicola that suppresses early immune responses in maize. Many thanks to Pablo García-Rodríguez for presenting the poster and to all team members for their excellent work.

This week at #17ECFG, our team shared findings on the C. graminicola effector CgEP4, which translocates to the nucleus and nucleolus and plays a key role in maize anthracnose. We captured beautiful microscopic images of its localization,a great achievement given the challenges of working with maize.
