I feel like most people in their lives at some point have their own archrival or even nemesis, whether it was in school, work or otherwise, that mirror our flaws and opposite traits so well, it's like a motivation for growth. And sometimes the hatred is so mutual too.

It's pretty wild that both the Abrahamic God and Hindu deities exist in Indiana Jones universe, yet Dr. Jones himself witnesses all that and remains agnostic throughout the movies.
