He’s consistent, he makes incorrect predictions all the time, like 2 years ago saying we were 2 years away from AGI or saying 90 percent of code would be AI in 6 months, 8 months ago. Not even close on any of those but since he’s never held accountable or even asked about it he keeps going.

It’s telling he was so sloppy and lazy with this stuff he used Gmail instead of hosting his own email server and domain…dude had money and it isn’t expensive.

And they are going to “find” it because I can guarantee the “randomized” control trials will not be randomized at all. The volunteers are going to be people who already agree with their foregone conclusions and then will work backwards from that to “prove” them

One of the “consequences“ of the tech bros advocating for using chatbots to replace tech workers is at least some of them have become more sympathetic to the impact technology can have on people’s lives and livelihoods and that more technology is not always a net benefit…some of them at any rate

An outright ban of all vaccines is unlikely, won’t play well with a lot of wealthy people who push this crap but don’t believe it. However repeating what’s happening in Florid and making mandates illegal is likely. Loss of mandates will also mean loss of funding so poor kids will suffer the most.
