It’s time for a reset! A cleanse, a shift, a pivot. Seasonal depression won’t win this year.

I’ve been in a horrible mood like all day & I don’t even know why … I spent the majority of the day in bed. Got up to cook ONE THING & messed that up so now I’m even more annoyed. 😑 Not even hungry & I usually love thanksgiving food. Smh.

Watching my dad getting older is hard. He’s 70, and starting to have all these health things that are “part of aging” and I don’t like it. I’m grateful, but it makes me sad.
