Agree - and have been to the Ora king salmon pens and factory. It seems much better run, with a lower environmental footprint. And decent salmon too.

You'll only get farmed Tasmanian Atlantic salmon because the economics of the international gear means it mostly arrives frozen. Meanwhile, Tassie's big 3 are all now foreign-owned: Brazil's JBS has Huon, Canada's Cooke has Tassal and NZ's Sealord has Petuna.
