In light of ongoing violence we are modifying our event to make space for community to encourage each other. Instead of campaign fund raising, we are asking people to make a contribution to a local charity doing the work.

Tonight I am taking inspiration from my neighbors who are turning grief and anger into organizing and care. Along with mourning the death of Renee Good, I am remembering those that are unjustly incarcerated by ICE.
