Probably coz the skillset Mikel sees in training is not what he wants out wide, but in the middle. Definitely looks like it to me amateur coach eyes.

Upon further and closer examination, there was contact to the face, but I wouldn't go so far as to classify it as violent conduct. Unsporting behavior is adequate.

Couldn't the same be said for us as well, albeit to a much lesser extent? How many of all of our wins so far in the league could have turned sour on us had our fortunes been different on the day? Agree with you to an extent, but there's still an element of just-too-damn-good about us they don't have

That's really the biggest thing for me, too, Scott: if we're *this* good with one arm and the opposite leg tied together, I'd love to see what all dem muppets (corrupt/incompetent officiating, rival teams & fans, etc.) are gonna throw at us next season to stop us!
