trans and queer people are NOT bourgeois, we’re not liberal and we’re not privileged or just a ‘side issue’ we are some of the most oppressed people in the western world at this juncture.

- Healthcare institutions all around the world are turning their backs on us and some even inflict harm on us.
- Our necessary healthcare costs us money that a lot of us don’t have.
- We are often alone without support from friends and family.

And there is much more I could list here…

- There’s people calling for our deaths and forced detransitions almost every week.
- There’s pushes to ban us from public life
- There’s a huge increase in anti-queer hate crimes
- Police are worse towards queer and trans people than they are to cishet people especially trans women of color.

‘Leftists’ who pretend that minority rights are a ‘bourgeois distraction’ hate all non-cishet and non-white workers.
