I have mixed emotions about about this bill passing!
1, I am glad as the midterms if they happen will return the control of Congress to the Democrats!
2, I am glad as most of the pain will be in GOP districts
3, Sadness for the millions that will suffer
4 Anger for giving tax breaks to the rich
