Shanna's mom gave me some kitchen stuff several years back after my ex screwed me over and I moved into my own place with practically nothing. This mug cracks me up bc of the chipped paint it looks like it says "Do it, mess with Texas." 🤣

There used to be a little old lady named Linda down the way from me who LOVED Bo and Athena. Before she left I'd helped her carry her groceries in one time... So she gave me a bag of beans as a thank you. They were actually chickpeas and I finally figured out what to do with them... Chickpea Curry!

Apartment is clean, Yule decor is up, now to wrap a couple of the @barkbox.bsky.social I have squirreled away and stuff the dogs stocking with treats...

It was a really good day even though everyone at my mom's had to miss out on dinner at my Aunt Judy's due to coming down with the plague. But I packed up a cardboard box full of leftovers and porch dropped it on my way home. Leia and Ghost were already out back, so I got to see my other babies. 🖤

And so begins my Holiday movie watch... As I clean, organize, and get my Yule decor ready to go up.

I bawled at the end. I always do. Seen the Broadway production twice and will definitely be seeing the movie many many more times... Can't wait for part 2!!! 🖤
