what's there to "come clean about" regarding the tattoo? his story has been the same. he got it covered up a few days after that news broke. i am willing to let that go and roll the dice with him against Collins 1) because Mills is a weak candidate and 2) because I trust her even less.

historically proponents of the filibuster have not given up that particular game easily, so i'm gonna hit X to doubt on that one.
