Me too G. I'm not a fan of OTT things like Santa, reindeer, snowmen, etc, flashing and moving about (no offence to anyone that does do that). But some tasteful twinkling lights on a tree look lovely IMHO and cheer me up.

I do that too. Was hoping to do that today. I need to trim a few branches first. I wrap the tree in fairy lights on a timer and have them up until January. The neighbours loved it when I first did it and started doing the same. It looks really nice as you drive by the small row of houses.

As I couldn't go outside, I decided to go through my clothes to sort which ones to send to charity. I've got far too many! Done two carrier bags worth so far.

I couldn't do anything in the garden today. I hate being cooped up inside on a weekend when I've got chores to do outside!
