Cone of shame replacement works like a charm! She certainly adjusted to it quite fast. The only potential issue is it touching everything in the litterbox, so i'm scooping as much as I can to prevent that 😅 Now she's just gotta hang in there until the wound check next Friday. Then it'll all be over.

I have ordered one of these. It had really good reviews and my vet said that it wouldn't be a bad idea to give it a go. Unfortunately it doesn't arrive until tomorrow, so she'll have to deal with the cone one more night. For now she's free of the cone and getting much needed rest!

I took the cone off for the time being and the only thing she's done is curl up into a ball and sleep comfortably 😭 I have ordered a donut for her to wear instead, but we do have to deal with the cone until tomorrow. Hopefully, she won't be super tempted to lock her wound so she can keep her freedom

My baby girl had to have surgery today to remove an external cyst on her upper left leg, and is currently having a terrible time with the cone of shame 😭😭😭

Finally, some time was spent walking around the beautiful city of Edinburgh and seeing some of the sights. Including an misty evening walk, which made for some great visuals 😍 I had an incredible time and i'm hoping to return to Edinburgh, because much was left unexplored! All in all 11/10 weekend 🥰

I Know What You Did Last Summer | 1997 & 2025
Nothing wrong with a good 'ol classic slasher and the same titled new release is also good fun!! It had a nice twist on who the actual killer is. The very end leaves room for yet another movie, but maybe at some point a franchise should just... end?

A fun couple of teen slasher flicks. Amusing murders, good one liners and once again Samara Weaving killinga role. I'm certainly not complaining! The second one isn't as good as the first, but still enjoyable.

Another one of Mike Flanagan's works. This series was supposed to have a second season and I am sad this will never happen, because seeing Mike explain it, it would've added so much. Worth a watch, but I wouldn't necessaeily place it in the horror category though.
