Today is my 12 year anniversary of full time private practice, and it was wonderful to celebrate with one of my favourite colleagues and friends Dr Angela Wright.

In those 12 years, I listened to so many stories, each of them different, and all of them deeply human, holding space to be and grow.

A bit of therapy humour for Sunday.

Indeed, it is a strange time to be a therapist in 2026. It keeps us on our toes! 😁😳😬

I had an amazing night of Queer Joy celebrating the book launch of “The Log Books” by Tash Walker and Adam Zmith.
The book is about the queer voices of the helpline Switchboard, a major part of British queer history, and still going!

Indeed, being listened to is so powerful ❤️🌈

Does size matter? 🍆

I was quoted in this piece by Amy Dowrick for Top Sante.

Enjoy!

Does size matter? What women really think about your manhood - and if you measure up
With growing (ahem!) numbers of men unhappy with the size of their manhood, is bigger actually the better? As it turns out, not quite

I believe one of the best parts of our psychotherapy profession is that we never stop learning and we always have opportunities to challenge our ideas, question our theories, think outside the box, examine the societal and cultural constructs that limit us.

My first article of the year for Psychology Today is on sexual compulsivity. We are in a fascinating new era of assessments and treatments for compulsive sexual behaviours.
