overall not great, but definitely an improvement

i've had one actual job. it did basically cure my depression, after about a month. it was also very stressful and I was constantly exhausted. i was suicidal for the first month until the depression went away, after that i was just really tired (and dysphoric but that was unrelated)

honestly having a job would be very good for my mental health. doing work is good for you, the problem is capitalism is evil and your boss will almost always make the job as terrible as legally plausible
