They become hard to reach. Like We have one who hasn't been towards the front in about a year, hasn't added voice in the head space, when We try to reach it in the head space it's nowhere to be found.

Then again, We're not certain if it morphed or split into others that appeared after or what

good news then! you're starting off with more knowledge than I had! haha!

I know ever body is different; lifestyles, preferences, body types, etc. It took personal study to identify trouble areas, the biggest effect seemed to be removing caloric beverages. Juice was betraying me!! xD

- excercise is still important, it increases metabolism for ~24 hrs

- cardio is a great focus, and get resistance training to build muscle at the same time

- avoid beverages with >10 calories. They metabolise fast.

- don't go nuts with powders & premade crap. Just less empty calories & more meat

- less carbs can reduce water weight, showing quick results, but inconsistent

- homemade food is a game changer, can find clones of restaurant favorites

- protein power can be thrown in to random recipes, or if not allergic peanut butter powder.

- turkey meat & chicken breast are great proteins

Hey, same~ I've been researching this for a lil bit, here's what I understanding with my artist brain:

- calorie deficit diet is the most consistent way for fat loss

- track intake daily, aim for goal*

- more protein! You feel fuller longer.

- eat until satisfied, reduce snacks

I think so, unfamiliar with "sign off" but it sounds like roll call? We've never been able to get that to work. We rely on mostly name recognition and how the brain feels when a person fronts. Sometimes things are more foggy and have to make a best guess based on questionaire of known traits.
