What's your favorite kind of setting (modern day, fantasy, historical period, sci fi, etc) or genre (mystery, action, horror, etc) to read/watch? Is this notably different from stories you like to tell?

But isn't the end-result the same? An empty-headed pilot crawling around, unable to tell the difference between high-end mech combat and clumsily smashing toys together. Leaving presents for a handler to clean up while staring gleefully into nothing and babbling into a pacifier. Good [Pilot/Baby]!

Then again, what about neural offloading? After all, why keep the software responsible for all the important parts behind something as corruptible as human brain tissue? Better to keep all that limb control, visual processing, and higher data processing in the mech, instead of in a pilot (3/4?)

Alternatively, maybe it's a result of piloting a machine too long: now your limbs feel clumsy and wobbly compared to The Machine (stuck crawling), your mouth is nothing like the speaker systems (babbling), unfiltered HUD-less light confuses (can't see most things) and, well... (padded & stinky)(2/3)

I can see this possibly going a couple different ways, and each of them is very interesting to me. One idea is that of an intentional control/prep system, basically keeping a pilot's brainmatter "fresh" and their big-state proprietary to whoever has the right codes or hook-up. (1/3)

This might be a tad personal but, if you want to answer, do you or have you ever had any pets? If so (considering you do a lot of catgirls/animalgirls) have their behaviors ever influenced your art?

Feel you on that, and yet the inverse is also something I worry about; getting so into the spotlight I kinda push other people back.

If you play tabletop games (especially DND, but not exclusively), what's your favorite class/archetype of player character? If not, what's an archetype of fictional characters you tend to be a sucker for (for example, I'm a sucker for rude girls with a buried nice side and heartbreaking past)?

Now I'm picturing those space suits but with the cute little stellar and spaceship decals you'd expect from diapers. Nice and padded for tumbling around on other planets (Bigger or Littler) as well.

What/who is your favorite antagonist, and who is your favorite villain (if there's a difference)?

Who/what is your favorite antagonist, and who is your favorite villain?

I don't revisit games previously unless it has become one of my favorites and it's conducive to the experience (like New Vegas), and I'd love to see you explore Flying type Mamagardes and/or Babygardes (they're both very cute to me)

What's your favorite non-mammal animal and/or animalgirl?
July 8, 2025 at 6:50 PM
I do think you're severely underestimating how good your art is. Like, genuinely, you're going to be your own worst critic, and you should cut yourself some slack, especially because I'm willing to bet an artist you look up to is going to look up to you, as well.

I've admittedly got a soft spot for wizards and philosopher kings, in part due to college experiences.

And I've seen one of those movies, but if you're recommending the other... well, as you wish.
July 1, 2025 at 8:47 PM
Do you have a favorite fantasy character archetype (Wizard, etc)? Alternatively, what's a movie (either recent or an older film) that you think more people would like, but isn't as popular?
July 1, 2025 at 4:04 PM
Favorite side-character in a media you like?
June 11, 2025 at 1:55 AM
Oh mood. My first Discworld novel was Equal Rites, and I've loved it since.
June 10, 2025 at 5:37 PM
What is your favorite side character in the stuff you work on, or just one you'd like to talk about?

Alternatively, what's a lesser-known series you're a fan of that you wish more people knew about?

When/if you take Summer vacations, where do/would you like to go?
April 29, 2025 at 4:08 PM
I'd be most interested in lore stuff, honestly. Possibly as reposts of what you've done on Twitter, since I can't really get back to that. Mamagarde lore especially.

The two of them renovated a living space, and then a functioning planetarium out of the observatory, and now it's something of a local attraction for the nearby town.
April 11, 2025 at 3:37 AM
Long story short: Stella, the trainer, has always been fascinated with the stars, and wore herself out to buy an abandoned observatory. Luca had been hiding there (also looking at the stars) and found Stella collapsed from exhaustion, and became her caregiver after helping her heal.

Word count. Always forget.

And so, I also have a bunch of commissioned art to go with it, all done by @aartfus.bsky.social as well. Character designs, sketches, etc.
