Sitting quietly, observing and thinking deeply about everything.

The two goals that guide me are:
1. Create the kind of world you want to live in by sending positive messages into the world.
2. Live life now as the future is unknown.

Sorry, no dms.
Its like an episode of The Americans.

You're missing the point of the article. She wasn't even a very good grifter, as she left with a few million when many other politicians are aiming for billions.

Read about Putin's false flag attacks in Russia to get elected and remember that he used to to KGB. Its entirely plausible that Russia would undertake these operations to ensure Trump retains political power.

'Capable of anything': How the '99 apartment bombings explain Putin's rise and regime

The US is always interesting to read about because it makes me appreciate how well everything works in my country (despite its flaws). Here, the curriculum is set by the government and books used in schools are determined by the teachers.

How did we get from US saying stop buying Russian oil to Ukraine should give up in only a few weeks? It can only be blackmail and bribes.

As a scientist, I consider myself to be a climate skeptic because there are a lot poorly defined terms, poorly studied topics and model results that include extrapolated estimates that are often presented in the media as 100% true.

Trump only respects bullies just like him. He would be assasinating Putin or attacking Russian civilians or threatening dirty nuclear bombs. So that is what he sees as strength. So unless Ukraine is prepared to play that game, it needs support from elsewhere.

Anyone who has talked to Trump without declaring war afterwards can't be that thin skinned.

"An article in a copy of the British Medical Journal from 1900 describes a strange human dormancy-like hibernation called “lotska” [...]. Once a day people woke up to eat a piece of bread and drink a glass of water."

The law is imperfect. There was a huge imbalance in the maturity and experience between a 17 year old and late 20s policeman. I suspect that the only reason your grandfather agreed was because he was a policemen and he felt he couldn't say no.
