This is more Republican stupidity. They obviously have no clue that men can get breast cancer and think that any breast cancer treatment was being done on transgender veterans.

So let me amend my reply. The hospital messed up and should have fixed their mistake and billed the insurance company properly and the patient never should have received a bill except perhaps for their deductible and coinsurance.
