The fundamental issue is this: A lack of cohesive planning. Interested parties find some bone to pick with a specific policy, not considering the *overall* benefits and effects. We need a systemic approach to policy, we cannot eliminate all risks of any one kind without borking up everything else.

This is absolutely what I'd expect a racist no-spice white to eat for Thanksgiving. As a 'spice white' I cannot fathom thinking fondly of the family thanksgiving if this is what they're serving. It looks dry, and underseasoned.

I've been dreaming of his poll numbers to reach the low 30's. That would be significant. I believe 36% is his floor from my observations of polling.

I've said it to death, but I won't feel safe about it until it drops below about 36%. Virtually all polling shows his base to be at about 38%. Basically, everyone but MAGA disapproves of him. But I fear that isn't enough to save us, what with the structures in place.

This also undermines national security: Other nations, especially those who extradite to the ICC, will not want to help us for fear we will involve their soldiers in extrajudicial killings.

I wish people took pride in the righteous treatment of the accused and convicted. A country should be PROUD if they treat the people least liked morally, because it speaks to how good a country treats everyone else. Dehumanizing one dehumanizes all.

America refuses to extradite war criminals to the ICC, on the proposition that we will 'hold our own accountable' We must do that. They must be at least tried in US Courts. If we cannot do that, America is no better than any other pariah state.

MAGA's 'own the libs' obsession aligns with their thirst for cruelty. It's the logical endpoint of our society not doing enough to condemn apathy, and normalizing emotionally-driven punishment towards those we see as 'lesser'.
