It's a very common beta blocker medication, to regulate heartbeat. It's supposed to be a heart I suppose, but I'll never not see it as a butt.

"to their horror" as a description of a financial blessing larger than any I have or ever will experience.

Haha I've been sledding with dogs before years ago in Canada... that would certainly be a hilarious thing to try with Sigrid!

On the other hand, I'm very tempted to get some speed camera stickers and slap them up next to anything vaguely resembling a speed camera.

"Residents who do this run the risk of legal action if these lead to an accident."

Interesting to admit that so many people break speed limits that if you trick them into obeying the law it might cause accidents.

I think one of the issues is classification, I'm sure they don't want people ripping around with 5kg DJI Matrice drones doing 50 mph, but no one seems to really care about these sub-250 gram personal drones. If it wasn't for the camera it'd be classified as an actual toy.

There seems to be a lot of conflicting information, but according to this it should be fine as long as you're not causing trouble and no one has told you to stop (and of course you've followed the general drone rules re: registration etc):

The four humours: inflammation (fire, irritable), 5G (air, optimistic), vaccines (water, calm), and ultra-processed foods (earth, sad).

Right wing or liberal people weaponising their misunderstanding of left wing ideology and everyone deciding that's what leftism is, is one of the most defining features of leftism. That's why people say "read theory".

This alone should have gotten her on the graph. 😂

I'm very LTN conspiracy theory adjacent but didn't make them cut either sadly. It would be hilarious to have a cat on here.

This skit was a massively viral video that spawned a whole sequence by the same creator and a bunch of imitation videos. I wonder if this is even real, and if it is, was the "robber" just riffing on the skit.

That's a great looking car. I have an early 60's muscle car, before the big swoopy 70's designs came in. I honestly think this is a similar aesthetic... like kinda stub nosed (for the era), clearly delineated panels (primitive manufacturing), black wheels (I'm a cool hot rod guy) etc.

They've apparently paid over £7 billion in dividends since privitisation and now they're struggling to survive. Seems like a pretty successful privatise-and-gut operation. The shareholders taking their money and refusing to bail them out is the cherry on top.

I suppose you get more exercise with a car than with a bike as well, since most people drive to the gym but wouldn't cycle.
