She's the embodiment of what she's screaming about.

She blames the wrong party, doesn't understand how elections work, how the govt works, "wah wah wah the Dems didn't have a platform"

Yes they fucking did. Voters picked the orange felon and the complicit GOP Congress and here we all are.

Do you understand that the President needs a Dem Congress to pass all those things, and voters are too stupid to vote their own interests up and down the ballot?

You keep screaming at Dems but voters have agency and keep picking Rs who won't vote for any of that. JFC whose fault is that?
December 12, 2025 at 2:44 PM
How about we stop framing this as "how to motivate voters to vote for Dems"

vs

"vote for your own gd interests and you'll never vote for a Republican again ever"???

Economy, legality, humanity, the environment

What has the GOP done for you lately, dipshits?

I’m not even playing with bots like that. I block and move on. Ain’t nobody got time for that.

The guy is just a walking/posting example of Murc's Law.

Someone should spam all his posts with that flowchart thing where everything that happens is the fault of Dems. Can he do basic math?

Murc's Law strikes again.

People really didn't get it last fall when we lost the House and Senate. This kind of math ain't that hard.

They really thought we'd keep the shut down forever until Dems got what we wanted. Smooth brained dipshit thinking

That looks like our street after Hurricane Debby in 2024.

Yikes!

I am even more hopeful that the right hand bruising, on camera narcolepsy, and incessant MRIs could make midterms a joyful experience for us here.

I haven't bought my bottle of champagne yet, but I do have concepts of a plan for that celebration.

"Sizing you up for a pitchfork" is now added to my favorite Doctorow quips.

It's pithier and easier to remember than this banger about corporations "being artificial immortal colony organisms that use humans as their inconvenient gut flora, do not have consciences to appeal to"

Yes! I was right - that's the show I watched where that was a plot point which I didn't understand.

Thank you!

This reminds me of a British cop show I watched a few years ago where it was alleged that the guy in charge was a freemason. I didn't understand the reference/why it was so bad, but this really puts it in context - especially as the entire show was about police corruption.

Was it Line of Duty?

Thank goodness for their incompetence. If they were better at what they are doing (and want to do) we'd be in serious trouble.

I don’t want to become “a consumer” when I am injured or ill. I don’t want to shop for a bargain. At that point I am a PATIENT IN NEED OF CARE AND TREATMENT. I want to live in a country where all of us have access to medical care regardless of job status or income.

The good news is that when he shuffles off his mortal coil, the remainder of the support withers and dies.

Whatever is necessitating the constant MRIs and bandaged right hand is where we place our hope.

Most of this hellscape doesn't persist after the demise of the Mad King.

There's a lot of blame to go around on this one. Starting with Wakefield, continuing on to dipshit parents who believe lies about autism, and finally the voters who decided that Trump and RFK the lesser should be in charge of public health info and standards.

They slap "Etsy's Pick" on most of my listings, then threaten to hide me in search for charging real shipping costs.

It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing there.

They want to be Amazon, and they want to be a fine craft gallery too. Pick a lane, Etsy, or just butt out.
December 11, 2025 at 3:09 PM
I didn't. I put the costs in the item cost, and played their game.

The enraging thing is that I use their labels (commercial pricing) so my customers are already getting a discounted shipping price. And *still* Etsy threatens me.
December 11, 2025 at 3:03 PM
I caved on a few of my listings (free shipping/shipping included) but the funny thing is that most of what I'm sold out on this year are the *no free shipping* listings.

And I'm slammed this year.

Etsy needs to butt out and stop micromanaging us sellers.
December 11, 2025 at 3:01 PM
For more than a year, Etsy has been sending me threats to hide me in search because I charge actual shipping costs for my heavy, fragile pottery. They want sellers like me to lie and hide the shipping costs in the item costs, and charge less than $6 because that's the arbitrary amount *they* chose.
