Finally finished my sporti tank! I’m so excited to have finished my first knitting project of the new year. I already cast on the shrug that goes with this top—hopefully I’ll finish it before the northern hemisphere hits 1000° this summer.

As of today, I am 99% done with my first traditional painting in 8 years! It felt so great to work with paint again after all this time. Just have to wait a while for it to try so it can be mounted on an oval wood panel and varnished.

Today I reported a fire via 911 while merging through 2 lanes of zippered construction traffic on the freeway, deleted my Facebook account, and cancelled my hbo/hulu/disney subscription. I’m feeling very accomplished.

I finished Katabasis and unfortunately, the more I think and dwell on it, the more I dislike it. Ugh.

Not really sure how I was able to get my hands on this copy of Among the Burning Flowers so early?? This is one of my most anticipated reads of the year! Samantha Shannon never disappoints. And the illustrations in here are so gorgeous.
