me realizing that going full time would include a raise bc of the new things i’ll get trained on & realizing im gonna have to suck it up probably & not be able to go back to a coffee shop </3
my boss just told me they’re potentially making me full time in november & i’m gonna have to be trained on even more stuff & w my current delima of wanting to switch job, that thought is gonna send me into a panic attack. pls help me chat

i’ve been really missing my barista jobs lately. I got a healthcare job in december and while yes i enjoy the set schedule, i just don’t think it’s for me. It’s almost too repetitive and & i don’t feel knowledgeable enough to feel confident in half the things i do :/
