I do not care of the iOS and MacOS updates but the new features of iPadOS is what I want try right away.

Indie designs and devs, what do you think of the recent design announcements during the Apple WWDC.
Looks like they wanted to build transparent devices but ended up doing something simpler ;)

I am 100% downloading iPadOS the moment is available for devs. So closer to Mac now.
Biggest update I would save to get the best of iPad Pro devices (while it works for non pros too)
