These sort of tackles only happen because a player is trying to make up for a mistake and you see it 50 times during a game - in the middle of the park, that sort of tackle would be rightly dealt with. Obviously I see it through an LFC lens, but it happens to all teams with no comeback.

And Van der Van gets no punishment for a ridiculous tackle - the PL need to look at this just because the goal or shot is taken, the defender can get away with career defining tackles. But they won’t
