Was revisiting some of my past reads and I absolutely love it when small books pack a punch! This one is aptly named, Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan.

I wrote a blog on using vim for a week. It might help people trying to make the switch! Fun week, there were some tears ngl

Was doing a bit of research and wondering if there is a place to find a catalogue of incidents and their retrospectives? If there is a place where they are tagged with tech involved too, that would be a cherry on top!

Got a female pilot on a flight I took recently. Gave me a little hope and encouragement amidst everything else going on these days ❤️

The heart wants what it wants and mine wants to use this pleasantly unexpected day off to put on something cozy and go to the library to practice sketching figures and portraits

It’s absurd how much I relate with this. Can’t even count how many times I’ve rewatched Dune 2 at this point, it doesn’t get old!
Immersing myself in the Dune universe for an entire day, with "Prophecy" and both films, was probably not ideal before coming back to work after a long holiday. I'm now completely indoctrinated against the thinking machines.

It’s fascinating to see how many of my small habits to big life decisions are so heavily influenced by people who I used to look upto when I was a kid, really.

People don’t know the kind of impact they can have, what a beautiful legacy to have 🌸

One thing that AI is definitely saving me time on is writing LinkedIn posts. I’ve never liked posting on LinkedIn and have often skipped posting professional updates, but thanks to AI that’s one less thing to procrastinate about!

Have always been into baking and finally doing more of it this year. Learning to make breads, here are my first few baked things: ciabatta and banana bread to welcome the new year!

I dealt with a severe pain in my wrist thanks to ulnar nerve deviation. I could barely type and couldn’t do many day to day activities. It took a whole year and a half for it to heal. Even now if I strain too much the pain comes back.

Didn’t understand the important of ergonomics before 🙆🏻‍♀️
If you are an artist struggling with a nagging discomfort or pain when you work.
Stop.
Go and get that shit checked out and start doing recommended, corrective exercises. It will not get better if you just push through. It will get worse and harder to correct. Please take care of yourself.

#AdventOfCode Day 22 was a breeze as compared to the last day! The real struggle was understanding all the rules for both part 1 and 2.

I really despise how being nonchalant has become the “cool” thing. I love nerding out about my silly little hobbies!
Being deeply passionate about something is so attractive

This is so relatable! I maintain a todo list purely for the dopamine release when checking off completed tasks 😁
Finished my first winter break task, went to triumphantly check it off my todo list, and found … I hadn't put it on the list.

I'm too depressed to even add and check it off. My break, once sweet, hath been most cruelly ruin'd.
