I think they’ll definitely go after Brda again, and I’m sure he believes that’s at least a possibility too because he’s seeking to exclude any evidence derived from the MMTLP investigation from being used in the ongoing lawsuit. I’m interested to see what their theory is in the next one.

I can’t remember which shitco, but there was one that filed an offering, Kevin Malone tweeted some cryptic nonsense about it being a “bear trap” and the shitco in question withdrew the offering lmaooo. These people deserve to get wrecked.

This isn’t even the worst of it. They hired a de facto stock promoter over the summer and it was some of the craziest shenanigans I’ve ever seen.

It really is. Peak shitco. And baggies just love it. Think it’s the naked shorts driving the stonk price into the toilet. Also, QNTM says it their 424B that it’s at terms that they would give to the general public, but that loan given in June 2023, is below prime rates at the time.

They also plowed ~300k in some pink sheet/ Canadian gold mining company called “JZR Gold”. Given they’ve got Terry Lynch, another Canadian mining co that chases the naked shorts on their board, I’m sure it’s related to that. But haven’t looked.
