The 2 National Guardsmen, ages 20 & 24, are still in critical condition this morning in what officials called an ambush near the White House. Suspect Rahmanullah Lakanwal, was taken into custody & the incident is being investigated as an act of terrorism.

We debated Thanksgiving dinner, and I admitted I can’t stand green bean casserole. It has no flavor and awful texture. I also avoid overeating because “the itis” knocks me into a food coma, & I don’t want to gain weight over break. So I work out beforehand and keep it light. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🍁🥧
