Yeah, that's probs causing it. It's hard to relax when running, but once you get there you should be held with the shoulder pain.
I do form exercises that I used to do in cross country that helps

It’s most likely a form issue if you are getting kneck and shoulder pain.
It’s hard to tell with out seeing a video or watching you run irl.
