Slugbug is a character who can turn into a classic light blue Volkswagen Beetle. She has the ability to access parts of the transformation only (feet to wheels for example). So the idea here was if she were able to manipulate that aspect and form other creations from car parts such as the giant fist shown here. The tire wheel would allow the fist to spin giving her a massive corkscrew.

Naturally given her somewhat standoffish personality, it should come as no surprise that she can often leave a bad impression of herself on others. One time she ran afoul of an evil magic clown, who lay a curse on her, changing both her and her body to operate under cartoon logic. As one could imagine, this makes it very difficult to be taken seriously as an important heiress when everything you try to do can wind up a little 'toony'.
