Got a rejection email today so if I seem a little down today that's probably why. It's hard to feel good after being told you weren't good enough. I'm gonna try to keep my head up, though. Reminding myself that this doesn't mean that I'm worth any less than anyone else.

I was productive today! It's kinda funny how nervous I get recording myself answering questions and talking about myself, but when I stream I'm not struggling as much... Hopefully I get better sleep again cause I was so worried about finishing the video on time 😭

I had a doctor tell me that if I put my phone away and not doom scroll that I could get better sleep. Tried it for a couple nights. I was still up overthinking for hours. I took melatonin too for some of those night to see if there was any difference. Noppers!
