The humidity in the house has been low, 30-45%, and the whole-house humidifier is out of service. This has really thrown off my espresso, I’m having to grind a lot finer to maintain the same shot times. Even then the extraction is still a bit off.

I need to look for a new primary care physician once I have health insurance again. My current PCP is a bit too motherly to the point of I don’t want to tell her everything. And that’s not good because I end up going to the urgent care when I’m sick instead.
