At 400° for another 15 min if you want it crispy on top and moist inside. I have to taste mine raw to know if there’s enough flavor or not. The drippings from the turkey as it roasts makes it taste REALLY good.

Poultry seasoning (as much as you want to get that flavor. Ya gotta sample small amounts to test if there’s enough. It’s a taste thing) all ingredients together in bowl
Mix broth in slowly to moisten (i like mine almost mushy in the bowl) bake at 350° for 45 min covered. Remove foil and bake
