God I missed this on twitter so Im glad Im following you here.

So what happens to people who already own Yakuza Zero? Do they just get to keep the game? Is their game suddenly changed to the new upgraded relaunch for free? Or are they forced to purchased the upgrade for $15 to regain access?

I had said GTA cause they had the old game but removed it.
