Hello! I’m a Canadian self-published author. My debut novel is called Mac. She is a member of a vigilante group who does unorthodox things in the name of justice. Action, adventure, humour and romance will take you on a global ride with characters readers have grown to love. Sequel is in progress.

My son followed me on Instagram and he’s the one who says I need to have content on all platforms to build an audience for marketing my book. I put this on ig with #selfcare knowing I was going to get a “wtf?!” from him. It took me 30 seconds to do. That’s really all the time I want to invest.😆

I love the idea of Swedish “Fika”. Take some time everyday to slow down, have a coffee and a treat. De-stress for a moment. Solitude or with friends. And that’s the part I love. You don’t always need to be around a social network as is often pushed. You can be peaceful solo. I’m a big fan of that.

I decided to start a 12-week workout program around six weeks ago. It has it set up to do 5 workouts/week. My history with working out is I get sick and have to restart. Sooo….
I’ve restarted the first workout 3x. My biceps are happy while the rest of my body is calling me an asshole while jiggling.

I started watching Billy Joel: And So It Goes last night. I’ve seen him a few times in concert, once with Elton John. My brother had a stereo where the 8-tracks that got played on repeat were Meatloaf, Supertramp, Queen, and Billy Joel.
