I like dogs more than I like most people. But I also enjoy gardening and growing my own veggies, Lego, Star Trek, cooking, tennis, spooky stuff and a good book. If I’m not doing any of that then I’m probably at the beach.

I’m currently at home with the lurgy thanks to my boss dragging her diseased self into work last week, instead of just doing the sensible thing of staying home and keeping her germs away from everyone.

Drinking water will obviously keep you hydrated, which is good for your heart health overall, but will a glass of water magically fix arrhythmia? If it did then I’d be out of a job, I think.
